Luke graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2003 and earned his law degree at the University of Kansas School of Law in 2008. During law school he was a member of the Executive Board of the KU Law Moot Court Council and winner of the 19th Annual National Criminal Procedure Tournament in 2007. Luke is a licensed to practice law in Kansas, Missouri, and Wisconsin. He is a member of the Topeka, Douglas County and Kansas Bar Associations, as well as the Judge Hugh Means Inn of Court in Lawrence. A native of Milwaukee, Luke spent part of his childhood in Mali, West Africa, and currently calls Lawrence home, where he lives with his wife, who is a third grade public school teacher.
