Michael Robert Munson is licensed to practice law in Kansas, Nebraska, and the Western District of Missouri.

Mike represents clients across the states of Kansas and Nebraska in both state and federal courts. He routinely appears in Kansas and Nebraska bankruptcy courts and has represented creditors and debtors in Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 cases.

Mike is a native of Junction City, Kansas. He graduated from Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Accounting and Finance (May 2003). Mike attended the Creighton University, School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate degree (May 2006).

Mike currently serves as President of the Topeka Area Bankruptcy Council. He is also a member of the Topeka, Kansas, and Nebraska Bar Associations, and the Topeka Active 20-30 Club.

Mike is passionate about the law; however, he also enjoys flying, hunting, playing with his two golden retrievers (Milo and Casey), golfing and all outdoor activities. He is a licensed pilot and an active member of the K-State Flying Club in Manhattan, Kansas.
